[VAR & VSEA] Death Threats traced to AGILENT!
The FBI is continuing its investigation of the Yahoo! Internet Terrorist now known as CSJ. The perpetrator of the criminal acts against Varian anti-SLAPP defendants and their anti-SLAPP attorneys has indeed been identified and contacted by a Special Agent from San Jose, California. The perpetrator who has used the Yahoo! alias 'crack_smoking_jesus', 'kill_delfino', 'tap_dancing_jesus', 'mdx2_are_hell', 'cameron_moore_43', and 'dr_camster' among a host of others to post illegal Internet messages has already expressed remorse to the FBI for his unlawful deeds. A number of the life-threatening Yahoo! e-mail's that he sent to law abiding Californians were traced to Agilent Technologies, Inc. and the violations of law that he committed are covered by both Federal and State statutes.
The FBI Special Agent acknowledging that the perpetrator has clearly broken the law said, "the case was not closed," adding that the matter is now in the hands of an Assistant United States Attorney.
