Your answer is after the fact, and just a restatement of your position. See how it does not address the KEY point that I bring up?

Let me rephrase it more simply for you. Why did algore deserve (legally) this overvote/undervote count?

As I said, I know that you cannot answer it. That is because he legally did not deserve these desparate last ditch efforts to change the LEGAL results. The point that you lefties claim not to understand (although I know you do) is that Bush won based on the election rules in place BEFORE the election. A liberal FL SC changing the rules is good enough for you, but not for the US SC or for the American public. Thank God for that.
