I am cautiously optimistic about it. I think it could run to about $5 or so, and then there might be a lot of profit-taking from the holders who get lots of shares of common at the then current price + 10%. Of course there could be a restriction on selling them.

Still $5 is 33% higher than here.

PS - I don't see any downside to the deal. The main thing is that it will almost certainly get done now.
