a recent revelation to me was this early summer on Europe
their stock bubble is almost as big as ours
London's Real Estate bubble is just as big as ours
their malinvestment in telecom is almost as big
their dabbling into dotcoms was tiny
thier individual debt levels are nowhere near ours
their household participation in stocks is much less

really sad how gathering East Germany, Poland, Czech into the German fold crippled Germany so badly
they meant well
but once more, credit creation has its limits
THIS IS THE STORY OF THE LATE 20TH CENTURY
wait until the revenge of gold comes full tilt !!!

but the debt liquidation is underway in Europe
their banks are hurting also

seems like the USA has a deeply speculative economy
but Europe's was right behind us, trying as it could to match us, but not able
please correct me wherever my perception is off
just dont say "BYE"

gonna be ugly
gonna be real interesting to watch the desperate Central Bankers
they caused this mess with monumental available credit
it is the system of credit creation that is to blame

money gets borrowed and invested in the PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE

soon that path will be squarely set on commodities
it will be widely recognized as the only sectors THAT WORK
the trend reversal has begun
and gold will be the surprise winner
looking forward to muckracker brokers recommending golds
those stupid little arrogant MBA stooges
they can take their Keynesian textbooks
AND SHOVE THEM UP THEIR ASSES
