Steve, that dream is still a dream in this country. When it does become reality, there will no longer be a need for affirmative action. Hopefully, we are getting closer. As long as we have affirmative action we will not have "the dream". Affirmative action is itself an example of judging people by the color of their skin rather then the content of their character. Tim, Affirmative Action is a way of evening out the playing field. Its unfortunate that its needed to make things fairer for women and minorities. Eventually, I hope that it won't be necessary. ted
