Now the market has to discount "Oh, the gov't will try bailouts if the banks get into trouble."

Well duh! They will throw *everything* at the credit bubble.

looks like a brother leg up from the July low...A up, B down and this is C up, looking like possible Ending Diagonal for this C wave, symetrical time period has this run into Fed meeting August 13th.....approx 34 hourly bars for each of wave A and B
