The assault on the 1st that was perpetrated by the ambition-but-moronic McCain and his three henchmen illuminates THEM and them alone as unfit for office.

Why exactly do you think that CFR is an assault on the 1st amendment and why would a conservative court supposedly believeing in originalist principles rule it unconstitutional?
