G, you have posted nothing substantive to respond to. you motor mouth about side issues that miss the common sense justification of the Supreme Court Ruling. 1. No defect in the voting process was demonstrated. The the second Machine Count certification fully satisfied Florida Law. 2. IF one dictates that a recount to the accuracy of some fraction of a percent beyond the current well defined counting method. One must clearly define the metrics of the counting process before one attempts to recount. Total Technology retards and vacant liberal minded lefty loons will go on and on about this and that and are clueless about the reality of the process. The Florida Supreme Court was made up of Total Technology retards. Al Gore's legal team and strategy was total technology retarded. The US Supreme Court pointed this out and the Total Technology retard's on the court dissented. How can one have a recount to search for needles in a haystack when no one had defined what the needle look like. To have a recount one must defined exactly the range of marks or deformations that can be considered and all who will count must be trained and tested to certify that they are qualified to only count ballots so marked. Then a statisical set of test ballots has to be created to monitor and measure human fatique and errors rates. Procedures and testing methods have to be published, reviewed and approved. The above is how Americans make America great. But total technology retards and vacant liberal minded lefty loons just don't get it. Anyway, we all know now that every recount showed dumb al gore lost... and poor G_Barr is lost in a world of la la.
