It's so obviously unconstitutional that I can't give it more than a 20% chance. The only reason that I can go that high is that Roe v Wade was equally ridiculous, and the USSC has yet to correct that error...

Judicial activism would have been fabricating some legal justification for supporting the massive fraud perpetrated by the Clinton/Gore Nazis in the 2000 election. The Court resisted that fashionable sell-out to the Marxist/Leninist left...
