So we agree the BOD failed to exercise the appropriate responsibility. From my perspective, if one asks tough questions, all eyes turn on the questioner.

I doubt the culture will change. Everyone wants a smiling face. The problem, IMO, is not simply the 'profit motive.'

Populists would have us believe it is the problem. I, of course, disagree.
