W was warned about wasting his fiscal bullets too early; now when the depression starts to bite he will have nothing. As for Greenspan; he's as clueless as always and out of bullets long ago. Bullets some of which he'll sorely need soon enough. Maybe he'll take rates down to 0.25% and use the last one on himself.
