Royalty on royalty? The first thing SI's maybe temporarily functional search facility comes up with under "hashemite restoration" is this Laurentian post of Hawkmoon: Message 17517842

I think tekboy's response on that one was appropriate and worth rereading currently. The first actual use of the "Hashemite restoration" phrase itself seems to be Message 17607014

Ain't nothing compared to "Laurent of Arabia", though. If Muraweic stays in view after this little leakfest plays out, doubtful though that may be, that one may really be worth royalties.
