Uncle Frank...what options did you fill your hand with these past few days?

I wrote some covered calls at the 12 1/2 strike for Aug. I think this current stock surge in CSCO will result in a modest pullback next week... (3 days of hope followed by 5 days of despair).

Sept, Oct., Nov., have been historically cruel months. (along with April, May and June of this year). So without going to cash how do you plan to play this year end downtrend?
