legally all error rates were approved constitutionally. Absolutely as the reasonable and customary way approved to legally count ballots. Legally the machines reject improperly marked ballots. The improperly marked ballots should not be counted. And in Florida, all machines were tested and found to have no defects. The machines 100% correctly counted ballots and declared PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH the winner and all later counts certified the voting machines were 100% correct.
