And? I'm not following you. We don't decide elections based upon the criteria you listed. Gore won by over 500,000 + popular votes and lost the Electoral College and Bush is President. Enough said.

Re: "Square miles won: Gore – 580,134, Bush – 2,427,039." If prairie dogs and pronghorn could vote, this statistic would be germane. What the above stat is indicative of is that the Republican Party has embraced the 'burbs at the expense of urban cores.
