I think so. I mean, you can see I have not been running it yet. I just finished uploading themes. I still need to upload ranks, including moderator (LOL!) If you have suggestions for rank names, I'll gladly accept them. Try registering and changing themes in your profile. It's Cewl!
And you can use any language, if I don't upload "forbidden dictionary". I won't -ggg-
