Bryant's fight against the SEC on this, but The SEC has no position on treatment of options. They simply want the company officers to declare under penalty of death that which ever way they did it will sometime later be declared the "correct" way. This makes the certified public accountant opinion, neither certified not public nor accountable so that pitts and citicorps friends, the CPA's can continue to charge $350 an hour for nothing.
