i'm watching the software sector very closely now...remembering your recent posts in that regard. i think money is ready to really begin rotating out of that area.

nyse bullish % reverse to buy signal this week at 33%. OTC still on a sell.

evidently the FED is willing to loan institutions the $ they need to avoid forced redemptions at an alarming pace here...
