Tim, I am not sure how this argument has developed but you would be hard pressed to get anyone outside of this country to buy into it.

Who F'n cares? The argument developed because it is precisely what happened.

I care.......no country is an island. And I don't want to pay for a star wars to protect ourselves after we alienate 3/4s of the world.

Why do you insist on supporting Clinton's foreign policy incompetence? The guy was worse than Carter, for god's sake. It is not as though there are legitimately debateable aspects of Clinton's foreign policy. The guy was a foreign policy failure on all fronts.

And you think getting into wars is the mark of high diplomacy. Its bad enough Bush and his immediate peers p*ss off countries left and right but now your Secretary of the Treasury who has been useless when it comes to the US economy, is now off traveling and stirring up sh*t in countries he is visiting. Someone needs to tell the jerk no one is requiring him to love every country he visits but he doesn't have to trash them when he's in town.

Frankly, I don't wear your rose tinted glasses and my concern is growing daily as to what this administration is up to. On several fronts, things are slipping badly and it feels like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing while the military is directing foreign policy.

Who's in charge......we know it ain't Bush?!!
