If Nokia is maintaining the best margins and largest share in the business then they don't have issues.

The point you are making is whether Samsung (a major brand competitor) should be hired to manufacture for Nokia. You haven't even made the case that Samsung is a better manufacturer than Nokia's EMS vendor(s) (which I think is principally Flextronics).

Even if Samsung had better processes, you are suggesting the equivalent of Compaq outsourcing to Dell. Not likely.
