Ricetrader, I did an oops and replied to your post without knowing the focus of its content. Just saw the context of the gold story being once again played out and i went into auto-pilot and crashed into a hill :o) . Read your post again for the first time and quite simply my views are very much the same as yours. My physical gold holding is totally in my mouth as 9 golden crowns. I have no e-gold or paper gold, just some still in the toilet penny gold mining shares i'am hoping to sell on E*Trade. . My echo(s) of gold as a currency backing, or a store of value, or use as money via a coin, and all the rest of those items one can read about to regard gold as having a unique place in human relationships to fight evil, well thats just a distance and past voice i once had, and indeed whats now heard is just those echo(s) that are really detached from me the person. . Yes, your post that this is a reply to is down to earth reality that stands by itself as facts that need to be accepted. d:oug
