Hi AC: I think WAT is a non-issue, as long as GOP gets those votes;\. Non-issue to the president & Co, but as for me I can join you in saying "just what we need" - trade barriers, US deficit, the whole birthday basket of goodies.

PS: WAT - I tried to confirm my assumption the acronym stands for the trade barriers "set up to protect local producers". My acronym finders did not know either. If it's something else, well, my apologies.
