he could have laughed at Ken Starr The whole world laughs at Ken Starr to this day, but that didn't stop him from spending tens of millions of dollars to cause a crime where none existed. If he hadn't relied on Clinton's aversion to kiss and tell I am certain that Starr would have planted evidence, much as he tried with Kathleen Wiley whom Starr had to grant immunity over and over again to since she couldn't remember the story that Starr told her to plant.
