I did see it. I'm pretty sure it was the same guy, because I remember that he was a retired head of American Express. I think the interviewer was Alan Murray.

Thanks to your post, I was able to see a replay somewhat before midnight. It was in a WSJ named program presentation on CNBC, so it didn't involve CNBC personnel. Harvey Golub was fully credible and believable, but I doubt that his presentation will have any impact on the daytime CNBC witch-hunters.
