I think you've proved my point, which is that Saddam's agreement to end the war was not with the United States, but with the United Nations.

A day or two ago I posted the US resolution authorizing force, and it was pursuant to the United Nations resolutions pertaining to getting Iraq out of Kuwait. I don't feel like looking for it again.

I already know how warriors feel about lawyers, so fully understand that you would find international law to be a pesky thing. Sorry.
