I really see nothing else worth mentioning. As I've said for some time, DGI needs more hot cash. This fact is alluded to in the 10-Q.

Looks clean to me, and the inventory blurb is encouraging (with the possible exception of a freezer inventory in Europe).

Inventories down sharply (in NBSC terms) to 14M from 15.1M.
