Yes, and I sold @4.25! Here's why ---- they might want to get the price down so they get a better deal on the shares exercised?

It gets tricky here for a bit. I need to read the deal. Didn't expect it to happen so soon. This will be volatile now as people try to figure it out.

Fundamentals don't matter again, for a little bit as this financing takes center stage. The stock could pop up again at some point. Hard to say! There are lots of big players now that are going to play this thing since they have an interest in exercising shares.

Like I said I have to read it. This is good news long term, but not sure what will happen in the next few days.

Not sure I am thrilled with the $3.86 + 10% part. That's not bad, of course, but that may stop this thing cold for a few days. We'll have to see.

It also could cause about a 25-30% increase in dilution, if my math is right.
