At least it is safer you increase your earnings per share by decreasing shares. Less share out there the less you can get whacked in this climate of whackeroo.

For business that has good administration it is a great time to play the waiting game. This means think in terms of self revenue knows what is out there that can add too, then think in terms of is this a pre eleven or post candidate.
