I agree with Jim Brown there. He sounds smart. Most people have no idea what's really going on susie.

The only thing they know is what they hear on TV, and what they want to hear.

The things they hear are, 'buy stocks, stocks are cheap, now is the time to buy.'

What you did not hear in most media was that they would only get $6 billion this year and the balance was tied to some very unpopular austerity measures by the new government that have never been agreed to in the past.

That is exactly how one would expect the IMF to operate. Entirely credible.
