I also vote for no rate cut. I agreed with Larry Kudlow (CNBC has a couple of guys worth listening too including Art Cash and Joe Kerns who gets little air time anymore) who said companies will hold off investing as long as they think interest rates might drop farther. He was saying this several months ago that the FED needed to plant a bottom and say this is as low as they go.

Getting rid of the anti-business, "tax-em more" party would do a lot more for the market than lowering rates. LOL Adding some restrictions to massive shorting collusion might help also, especially holding them accountable for misleading information.
