It seems to me, Ted ... that the fewer countries that have these weapons, the less likely that one will be launched against the USA. To me, the best way to prevent the need for a "star wars defense" is if NO countries have missile and nuclear/chemical capabilities. Doesn't this make sense to you ?? Yousef, only twice in three hundreds years has the US been attacked. Most nations would consider that an enviable record. Why do you think that record is about to change? ted
