THAT one change in the our tax code would go a very long way toward returning "sanity" to the entire valuation process as well as removing the so called "justifications" for the tactics and strategies that have led to today's corporate governance and management abuse issues. jmo

whatever; reduce cap gains by reduction in dividend earnings or stock appreciation through stock buyback. It makes no difference, they accomplish the same thing.
