Please! If Bush doesn't give a damn about the polls, he doesn't know what they are.

I'm not sure what you mean. But I see nothing to suggest that Bush is heavily influence by polls. Certainly, nothing on the order of the previous administration.

I'm certain Karl Rove is concerned about them. But I seriously doubt he could persuade Bush to change his perspective on a significant issue on the basis of polls.
