Hitler "better" than Stalin?
"Obvious conclusion"?

AH and his regime brought extreme suffering and pain to many countries and millions of people causing much more external destruction than Stalin. And even as far as Germany's self interest is concerned, as monstrous as this aspect is in relation to the hard-to-match guilt inflicted by the Deutsches Reich, AH was an utter failure - whereas the first Sputnik was launched just a few years after Stalin's death. (No, I am not a communist, and Stalin was a monster, too, but not on AH's level.)

Without AH Einstein would have stayed in Germany.
Wernher von Braun would have invented rockets for the first German space trip to the moon.
Kurt Tucholsky would have written a lot more great aphorisms.

... just three Germans of millions who were killed or exiled due to Hitler and his partners in crime. Maybe Germany will never recover from the devastation evoked by AH.
