Where else but REFR can a man cash out for almost a million dollars and still be regarded as a VICTIM

Spare me the false indignation.

He didn't "cash out," he was forced to sell to meet a margin call. I'm sure several have experienced the same in this market.

The good news for investors hasn't changed, just the price --- it's cheaper. What counts, what is the ONLY thing that counts, is that SPD technology looks to be the only solution right now for energy savings on a wide scale for commercial and residential buildings.

The stock price, stock market and your comments on either are of no relevance to investors. If any feel there's a problem then I suggest they sell and move on. The rest of us are just averaging down and will buy all the way back up.

Profitability still on target.

ND

Kevin:

I watched the trading during the time period involved and saw a 50K block pass through.

The most interesting part of Saxes transactions were they came on the day of and for days following the useless July 19th press release.

REFR is a habitual seller into "material news" having tweaked that program during the roll-out of the useless goop sent to MSC back in '98. Front and center the boyz sold directly into the news. They did it also in '99 I believe during a conference call.

One of the most interesting scenarios may not have as yet unfolded.

The paid shills over on the REFR Yahoo scam board were touting a lot of buyback of REFR shares last month and it is probable REFR used investors money to prop the price while Saxe unloaded. Though it will take us until the 3rd quarter 10-Q is published to find out for sure one of the more interested posters on the Yahoo board has already brought it to the attention of the SEC.

By all appearances this is not the only information made available to the authorities.

When this one bursts like a squeezed pimple I fully expect at least 5-7 individuals will be taken down hard.

One of them posts quite regularly on this board. Guess who?
