Geoff, I will take JBA again at least they pay(NR just out) their BILLS: Consolidated Jaba Inc - News Release Cons Jaba to settle debt; options granted Consolidated Jaba Inc JBA Shares issued 11,739,658 Aug 8 2002 close $ 0.10 Friday August 9 2002 News Release Mr. James Briscoe reports Consolidated Jaba has agreed to settle debt to various creditors in the amount of $159,810 by issuing 1,598,100 shares at a deemed price of l0 cents per share. In addition the company proposes to issue share purchase warrants to the third party creditors. The company further announces the grant of director's incentive stock options to purchase up to 596,000 shares in the capital of the company at a price of 10 cents, expiring on Aug. 9, 2007. These options are being granted pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The foregoing debt settlement and option grant are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
