1. My answer coincides with this passage of Scripture:

Romans 9
1I speak the truth in Christ--I am not lying, my conscience confirms it in the Holy Spirit-- 2I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. 3For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, those of my own race, 4the people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption as sons; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises. 5Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of Christ, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen.
6It is not as though God's word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. 7Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham's children. On the contrary, "It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned." 8In other words, it is not the natural children who are God's children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's offspring.

I do not reserve the promises of Abraham to Jews who reject Christ. I never said I did. We are all Israel who accept Christ. That I believe with all my heart. But, I believe Paul is referring to Israel the nation when he states in Romans 11:25 "I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in." Why would he separate between Gentile and Israel if he was referring to the same thing? Paul is speaking of the nation of Israel and not of the figurative Israel of God.

2. Jews who deny Christ will not recognize Christ. A Jew who denies Christ is under God's wrath. If God chooses to open their minds and heart, then yes, they will find the Christ in the OT. He is everywhere in the OT. But, their hearts are hardened. There are the children of promise and the children of wrath. Only God knows who they are.

Once again I will repeat myself. I believe Paul is speaking literally when he speaks of Israel and not figuratively. The nation of Israel as a whole will one day all come to know the Lord Jesus Christ. When that day comes the end will be upon us.
