I thought that AMD was merely buying 10% of the company's stock, and that doesn't necessarily entitle them to any of the company's profits. As far as I've read from the press releases, AMD, Saifun, and Fujitsu have entered cross-licensing agreements, so that they can use certain patented IP freely. Sales will still count separately for each company.
