Isn't that awful?

My family really loved words. We used to play Dictionary: find a word that people didn't know and ask everyone to make up a definition, much like we did here. The person with the dictionary also wrote the definition down on a piece of paper and all the definitions were read aloud. That word stumped us all. I'd answered something along the lines of your definition.
