There are probably a few other folks who drop by for old times sake now and then, Charlie. Though there aren't many of us left standing..that's for sure.

I am not certain AXC will fail or I would sell for what little I can still muster from my shares. I am also not confident enough of success to buy more, even at these prices. I can hardly imagine a tougher patent negotiating position than the one they occupy. I DO think they can grow ADS some...pretty sure of that.

So lets just say in my opinion they still have a shot at a much better valuation. And I am hoping....

Hope the brave souls who are buying here make out very well.

No, the world is FULL of FOOLS. There certainly are a lot of us who have just squirrelled our monthly statements away in a drawer somewhere. We could now buy (or sell) what was two years ago a very healthy (large) amount of money in this dog for the cost of a good dinner out today. But we choose to keep our head in the sand in the vain hope that somehow the rabbit will be found in the Ampex hat.

There seems to be little chance of Ampex's digital patents bearing any fruit with the mandated HDTV, although I do seem to recall a lot of discussion about AXC being about 15 years ahead of the curve on this one.

Talk is cheap.
