You still don't understand the concept of rule of law. It doesn't matter if a candidate asks that his picture be placed on the ballot next to his name and a picture of satan be placed next to his opponent. That stuff is not in the law.

In Florida the law said that all ballots must be counted and the intent of the voter determined if possible. That law was not followed, not because it couldn't be followed but because Bush's daddy appointed judges to rule for Bush Junior and in turn Bush Junior appointed Judge Jr to a well paid job. It was a quid-pro-quo deal. Bush Jr. is President because he and his daddy bought the job, not because he was elected to it.

Rule of law has not caught up with rule by corruption, YET!
