Rascal I learn something new here every day... hadn't heard of all hat no cattle. According to an article I found, Cheney thinks there will be war, and that he'll be Bush's running mate in 04...oh, yeah like that's going to happen. lol From a Businessweek headline re O'Neill's stupid and inappropriate remarks: The Treasury Secretary's careless talk about aid to South America has cooled enthusiasm for a pact and stirred resentment toward the U.S. , which precipitated a decline for which the IMF had to some in with a $30 billion "loan". Bet they NEVER let W speak live about anything I won't bet against you. In fact I pray you're right.
