I have already seen the way you do this. I stand by my earlier statement but would like to qualify a couple of things. Tolerance of injustice, evil, corruption, sin, etc is not at the foundations of religion. Tolerance of individual differences outside of those things is at the foundation of religions. You can probably find text that directs one group to deal harshly with another group but it would be in the light of dealing with some unjust or evil situation. Your arguement, might be "who decides" who's side God is on; and if it can't be logically determined then religion simply becomes a justification for the things you mentioned.
