kumar, One small thing they forgot was : I am not a US citizen. You underestimate them. They figured that your money is as good as any citizen's money. They understand these things. As an example, they didn't send the request to me because they know I don't have any money. --Mike Buckley

Makes sense to me. Politicians are very pragmatic. They'd like to have your vote and your money, but would be perfectly willing to settle for your money.
