JW: I have refied 3x in 7 yrs all at no cash outlay and significantly improved my cash flow. Last time was 2 yrs ago and until now didn't think a 7% 30yr fixed no cash could be beat. Still thinking about going to 15yr. If you are right and debt is paid down I had'nt thought about decrease in money supply. Curious your take about foregoing purchases for lower prices...hello DELL, INTC, GM 0%, Sony new gadget. Extrapolate on that. Take it further. Does that mean less demand for goods? Will it happen for commodities too or just highly elastic goods?
