What we have here, is probably a thought divide between individualists, and groupists. Maybe we can substitute those labels for the old left-right labels, just for something new and different to fight about. Change of subject. I just saw a commercial on CNN for the Anna Nicole show. The gist of it was that it was a funny show where the humor was unintentional. Well, at least the producers of the show have a sense of humor about the cultural value of their show.

Yes, good reply, groupists versus individualists. People who value their high marks for "plays well with others" sometimes cannot understand those who don't really give a rat's a-- for what others think about them. And vice-versa, obviously. I just thought it was so ironic that JLA, of all people, might be accused of "running off" someone. (We are recuperating slowly from a wonderful visit, and also making all necessary repairs resulting from two toddlers pushing all the VCR and TV remote buttons at once, leaning hard on all screen doors, and similar insidious sabotage. Our dogs are exhibiting post-stress syndrome. Some terrorists are those you would least suspect. ;-)
