Option voulume pretty thin on C.
It is clear that are trying to pump up banks (before the big plunge?).

I would suggest 35 is a good short but pain is about 32.5.
The thinner the volume the less reliable.

I have not tracked C on a historic basis either.
Option voulume on C is at the lower end of marginally acceptable. I prefer 20K at multiple strikes at a MINIMUM.
