I agree with you, many of the Blacks are not going to do a reasonable job with farming and the equipment, but they have to get a shot at it. The whites were not so willing to give up what they have over many years and generations developed for themselves and the country and the pressure is finally breaking. The report sited, stated arable land...I do not know if the marginal land would produce much and/or the Blacks did not want to give the whites an out from their obligation (?) of giving up some of the arable land. But, I do agree with you, this may not trun out very well... len
