would give license to Israel who are bent on attacking at the first sign of war. You can relax on that score, Karen, there are no Israelis who are bent on attacking Iraq...if Iraq doesn't attack them first. They'll be more than pleased to let the US and Turkey handle that job. Besides, they have their hands full at home. Not only with the Palestinians, either. War is brewing with Hizbullah and Syria (tho Bashar Assad doesn't seem to realize it).
