Evidence, if any exists, is required.

The best evidence probably comes from Iraqi defectors who worked in the various WMD programs, and are more than willing to tell us what they were doing before they defected.

These people have been debriefed by scientists who are experienced in such matters, and vetted.

Experience has taught me, as even some of this country's founders noted, not to blindly accept the word of any government, ever.

Agreed, but I trust Dubya (and Clinton) more than Saddam.

Show me the evidence

Do a google search inputting "defectors Iraq weapons mass destruction":

google.com

alternative search "defector iraq weapons mass destruction" (google doesn't do plurals):

google.com

These defectors left Iraq years after Ritter was there, so I think they know better than Ritter can possibly know.
